• Here's the snapshot for Monday. Across the venture landscape, we've tracked sixty-one-point-eight-four million dollars in disclosed funding across nine rounds. The largest, as mentioned, was Trebellar's eighteen-million-dollar Series A. The hottest category is once again AI, accounting for seven of the top ten deals. In public markets, the German Green Steel & Power IPO is in its second day of subscription, drawing significant interest. The story of the day is the continued flow of early-stage capital into AI platforms targeting real-world applications, from real estate to AI governance.
• Let's dive into that top deal. Trebellar has raised an eighteen-million-dollar Series A led by Blossom Capital. The company provides an AI-native platform for corporate real estate management. Think of it as a single source of truth for a company's entire property portfolio, from leases to space utilization. This is a traditionally underserved market, often reliant on spreadsheets and fragmented data. Trebellar's AI-driven approach offers a unified view. • Our third-largest round today comes from India. AgriTech firm Balwaan Krishi has secured a ten-point-four-million-dollar Series B. The round was led by First Bridge India Growth Fund Private Equity. Balwaan Krishi manufactures and distributes affordable agricultural machinery, specifically targeting the needs of small and marginal farmers in India. This is a crucial market segment driving the country's agricultural output. The fresh capital will be used to expand manufacturing capacity and bolster its distribution network, with a particular focus on penetrating deeper into Southern India.
• At number four, we head to Japan where real estate technology company Live Search raised an eight-point-three-million-dollar Series C. The lead investor was not disclosed. Live Search provides property data and photography services to the real estate industry, acting as a key data infrastructure player. This new funding brings the company's total capital raised to approximately one-point-two billion yen. The proceeds are slated for a nationwide expansion of its property data infrastructure, aiming to become the definitive source for real estate information across the country.
• The fifth deal today is in Biotech. Codebreaker Labs secured a four-point-five-million-dollar seed round led by Kickstart. The company is developing a platform for genomic AI. Its technology measures how individual genetic variants affect human cells, providing a much deeper understanding of disease mechanisms. This funding is critical for scaling its laboratory operations. The immediate goal is to develop its first commercial 'Atlas' product, which will focus on immunology and blood cancers, aiming to accelerate drug discovery and personalized medicine in these high-need areas.
• At number six, we see more investment in the AI safety and governance space. Humanos raised a three-point-two-million-dollar seed round led by Anthemis. The startup is creating what it calls a 'risk passport' for AI agents. This is a continuously updated system designed to assess the operational risk of an AI agent in real-time. • Continuing the theme of AI governance, our seventh deal is Palma.ai, which raised a one-point-eight-million-dollar pre-seed round led by D11Z. Palma provides a governance platform for enterprises to manage and control the actions of AI agents operating across their internal and external systems. As businesses move from AI models that only provide recommendations to agents that can execute tasks, the need for a centralized security and governance layer becomes paramount. Palma.ai is positioning itself as the essential control panel for this new workforce of AI agents.
• Number eight takes us to Sweden. Startup Klang has raised one-point-four-six million dollars in a seed round with an undisclosed lead investor. Klang has developed a conversation AI that can record, transcribe, and summarize conversations, targeting enterprise productivity. Notably, the company has also released an open-source speech-to-text model specifically for the Swedish language. The new funding will fuel further AI development and a significant international expansion push, with a focus on the Nordics, Benelux, the DACH region, and Japan.
• Rounding out our list are two deals highlighting the breadth of early-stage AI. At number nine, Estonian startup bilt.me raised six hundred eighty thousand dollars in a pre-seed round led by Superhero Capital. It's an AI-native platform that lets users build native mobile apps just by describing their idea in plain language. And at number ten, Flipkart Ventures has backed two AI startups, Alive and Keploy, with an undisclosed venture round. This strategic investment from the e-commerce giant signals a clear intent to foster AI innovation within the Indian startup ecosystem.
